Piedmont Bird Dog Trainers & Associates (Piedmont, for short) was founded by a group of bird dog trainers and enthusiasts in the year 2000 at Strawberry Hill Farm in Maryland. Piedmont's emphasis is on the field training of all pointing breeds, although membership and events are open to all breeds! The club is here to assist pointing dog owners in becoming better trainers and handlers of their own dogs - through several training and fun events each year.

Whether you are a novice bird dog owner, a hunter, or a seasoned field trialer...this is a wonderful opportunity for you to become involved in field activities with your family and your dog(s)! Our annual events provide an informative, fun, and friendly environment that you are sure to enjoy!
